VISUAL MONITORING |
Adopted 5.7 inches color liquid crystal monitor. Achieved better view and more indication of the information for numeric values and waveforms.
It enables clear and wide view of ram乫s variation per hour with graph.
Newly adopted one-shot waveform indication function contributes to take necessary actions for a press machine or a stamping die by checking the motion of the stripper plate with waveform though the conventional model allows just to see the numerical values. |
DATA COLLECTION WITH PC, EASY DATA PROCESSING |
It stores consecutive B.D.C. data and easy to output the data.
The data is stored in the USB flush memory, which is available in the market. It allows easy transportation of the data from production site.
Large capacity type 128M stores 5 million shots data approx.
The flush memory data can be processed in the Excel files since it is stored as CSV file format.

RM-2200 is newly developed system to measure dynamic accuracy of press machines based on the know-how which has been developed by conventional unit RM-1100 with improved function and operability. It performs under Windows circumstances. It performs data acquisition more flexibly and performs waveform analysis. It has the function to export the data to other applications as well. |

This device will detect the slugs coming up by detecting the displacement of stripper plate when slugs come up. The displacement is detected by the sensors, which are installed on the stripper plate.
This is the upgrade product of RM-1309S as a simplified model of MX series.

Detection Method |
The slug, which is caught in upper or lower surface of the raw material will be crashed by stripper plate of the die which has spring loaded stopper at B.D.C. However, 20 to 40% of slug thickness (depends on material) will be remain and it will shift the position of stripper plate. This device will detect the displacement of the stripper plate by comparing with normal position.
This device will not be affected by the change of material thickness or rise in temperature of the unit since it compares the displacement of the stripper plate at every stroke.
This device is not be affected by the bound or spring load of the stripper plate due to bottom hold type system which only detects the lowest point of the stripper plate by using micro processor. |
