Dynamic Displacement Acquisition System
RM-2200 is newly developed system to measure dynamic accuracy of press machines based on the know-how which has been developed by conventional unit RM-1100 with improved function and operability. It performs under Windows circumstances. It performs data acquisition more flexibly and performs waveform analysis. It has the function to export the data to other applications as well.
Measurement mode
It offers new standard for a press machine dynamic accuracy measurement as a highly relied and high performance expert tool. The data measurement circumstances can be built up for note book type PC easily.
High speed measurement : It will follow to 4000 min-1(spm)as Max.(Mode 1)
It performs trace waveform measurement for 1 shot easily with automatic scaling function. (Mode)
Date conversion
It achieved easy data conversion.
The data measured by RM-2200 can be converted to CSV files.
It enables to handle the data by using spreadsheet applications. |
